Transportation Services

Choosing Prayosha Adult Day Care is your ultimate convenience especially when you have medical appointments scheduled for the week. Upon request, we can provide drop-off, stand-by and pick-up transportation services for our day care participants when they have medical appointments for:

• Doctor’s Visits
• Dental Check-Up or Procedures
• Phlebotomy or Lab Exams
• MRI/CT Scan
• Minor Surgeries
• …and other important medical procedures

Transportation will also be provided to and from the individuals’ home and the adult day care center. Please coordinate with our office for schedules available by calling 215-322-5695.
